1 GETTING STARTED...
Received appointment as Kuching-Samarahan Federation of Chinese Youth Group (Information) Leader资讯组组长.1.1 Every Group Leader will be guided by a coordinator. A coordinator usually is the President, Deputy, or VP.
So the first job -is to look for the coordinator. (DONE - Go to 2)
1.2 President informed that each Group Leader will be assisted by to Assistant Group Leader (副组长).Other team members will only be given after the first general meeting. - DONE go to 9
1.3 It is advised Group Leader have a small gathering with Assistant Group Leaders, and usually Group Leader will have to treat them a small meal - PENDING
1.4 In order to 'modernized' our organization, the President decided to have a homepage, responsible by Information Group. I suggested facebook page instead of typical homepage or blog - (DONE go to 4.1)
2 AFTER THE FIRST MEETING WITH COORDINATOR...Understand what are the task ahead.

3 MAKING OF MAGAZINE3.1 (From 2.1) We identify first few obstacles / task to do.

5.0 We have obtained two quotationsLESSON LEARNED - Make appointment through phone calls first with the "Boss" of the company. I went there few times and asked to leave because their boss is not around, hence unable to provide quotation.
LESSON LEARNED - another lesson learned - there is not fixed system of quotation in the market. Therefore we have to provide them the number of copies we want, then only we request the "PRICE OF 1 PAGE of BLACK /WHITE" and "PRICE OF 1 PIECE OF COLOUR".
LESSON LEARNED - Bring extra copies of our pass year books to the printing companies so that we can show them the examples. Otherwise we could also left them a copy for them to evaluate.
LESSON LEARNED - Not all people wants business, some companies never return phone calls / reply emails etc. They need to be pushed.
5.1 Sadong Press - The boss gave on the spot
5.2 - See Hua - They delayed. I met them noon time, and called them again afternoon
5.3 - Wen Hua (near hock Seng Lee, Jalan Pending) - no response until today. Went there twice, first time excuse boss is not around, second time they say not yet ready.

5.5 MOST like to choose see hua. Called See Hua they got arrangement, but extra charges if we do not provide softcopy, and also they would definitely caused plenty of delay if require them to typing for us.
5.6 In November we decided to choose See Hua, they have done our magazines many times in the pass and they have the experience of doing it. They know our expectations too and they provide suggestions. Price-wise, we cannot compare directly because quality is difference. You can't just measure quality

LESSON LEARN : Some organization pass-up the softcopy (All in CD), Some pass both hardcopy and soft copy; some very silly to pass up only the hardcopy. So Next time must ask them to give only softcopy, so that they won't go and print the hardcopy and forgot about the softcopy
LESSON LEARN : Some organization gave us too many pictures, and we don't know how to choose for them, so we set limitaiton of maximum of 15 pictures per organization.
ANOTHER LESSON LEARN : There are 36 organizations; if each organization uses 3 page of magazine, then it would be 108 pages! Even if each organization submit 2 page would be 72 already. Also to avoid some organizations too many pages and some too few, we would standardize Max of 8 pictures (with description) and also max of 1 page of activity report.
LESSON LEARN : Ask each organization to submit only ONE WORDS document (only allow 1 page, max 2 column full page with words and minimum of font 8.) Pictures must be submit by using JPEG format, MUST NOT attach pictures into Words as request by See Hua Printing for better quality.

10 Attending first meeting with all members (Mainly on item 7: chasing people to submit report)10.1 SMS and calls only manage to get 6 emails, of which only 4 are acceptable. During the meeting, I have to assert the urgency for them to submit.
10.2 Some people who may just take over the role may not know what exactly to write. I will provide them examples of very simple reports.

10.4 Han Ming lied. He doesn't have the form, or probably he lazy/busy to search for it for me. So I called Yi Xian and Cong Bo. Both of them don't have. After a while, Cong Bo realise Lin Wu Hong Ren has it, and we only manage to print approx 20 pieces during the meeting.
LESSON LEARNED - Must look very early to find the paper, peoples' promise sometimes not true. I will prepare 1 copy onto the internet. FB and blog。
10.5 During the meeting I distributed the forms out, and people just take it, looks unlikely they are willing to do it.

11 Discussion - Facebook Group vs Facebook Page and challenges11.1 I am not sure who is right, Chen Fong Hoo keep arguing we should not use Facebook Page, should use Group instead. Indeed there are pros and cons of using both.
11.2 Seems like Our Youth President overestimated my ability in web such as creating website. Even I suggest only create a facebook page.
11.3 Creating facebook page poses a new challenge, such as making the layout, especially integrating tabs.
11.4 case close, i am not going to talk about fb pages until further notice.
12 Filterring peoples sent CD on reports
12.1 I treid to put them under 1 file, but face a new challenge if people submit too many photoes. I need to go through all Words document and merge all seperated Words into one single Words file.
LESSON LEARNED : We must direct them before hand what we expect. Give very vivid description
12.2 Some associations sent to many pictures, I have to manually select approximately 15 for Zhang Quan Qing. kns.
13 Number of pages
13.1 This will be rather something time consuming. I need to figure out how many pages consume. So need to breakdown into very tiny detail for each segment, preferably using an Excel File.
13.2 Breakdown last years format, every single segment divided clearly. I counted the number of pictures last year, ideally less than 15 pictures, otherwise the pictures would be too small.
LESSON LEARNED : inform association not to give too many pictures.
13.3 I realised 15 pictures maybe too many, I restrict to 10 pictures.

13.4 People have no idea what information to give. They give some old introduction, which sometimes too many pages. So I am thinking probably omit introduction or history of associations in the future.

随着时代的进步，社会迅速的发展，砂拉越客属公会为配合我国乡会组织及时代使命的锐变之需求，于一九八一年三月廿八日召开的执委会，会议上通过筹组青年团，并成立七人小组筹备。
在该小组的努力下，青年团终于一九八二年正月十日宣告成立。其成立宗旨在于联络乡属青年，展开各项青年活动，培养青年领袖人才成为公会的接班人，并协助推动各项会务活动，以达致团结与造福乡属同胞，为建设国家作出贡献。该团于一九八二年正月十一日召开首届团员大会，并选出以杨谦俊同乡为团长的首届理事会，积极地朝向所疑定的目标及会务方针迈进。
本州首办国语团结班
该团以协助团员与其他乡属青年字习与掌握国语为目标，并于八二年四月廿七日正式成立国语团结班，成为当时本州唯一创办国语团结班的乡会青年组织。
一九八三年三月十二日至三月十八日，该团成功访问了泰国合艾、宋卡、西马威省北海、槟城、吡叻与吉隆坡等地。访问团每到一地均受到当地同乡的热忱招待，并互相交换推展团务心得与意见。加强了该团与泰南及西马客属同乡会的联系与情谊。
为了加强理事会阵容，该团于一九八五年五月五日召开第三届团员大会，并通过修改部份章程，即将理事成员从十九名增至廿三人后，使团务扩展得颇为顺利。
该团龙舟队于一九八七至一九八九年，参加了多项龙舟赛，表现不俗，其中获得首届华青团主办之端午节龙舟赛亚军，配合汶菜苏丹到访而主办的龙舟赛，更夺得了冠军等。
2000年起，每年该团均受邀及参与由南市市政局所主办之一年一度的古晋节美食盛会，在古晋民众会堂设立家乡美食摊位，促销客家风味之佳肴，受到了公众人士及同乡们的热烈支持。
跨省汽车越野寻宝赛
于2002年，该团主办了两天一夜“跨省汽车越野寻宝竞赛”。赛程从古晋金玉路（该会会所）为起点，途经七哩、新生村、大富村、西连、拉招、成邦江、英吉利里、终站点为巴当艾渡假村，全程长达500公里。此项赛会共吸引了近三十多辆汽车参赛，参加者更高达百多位。场面非常热闹，同时也获得成邦江、英吉利里同乡们的支持。
为配合成立廿周年纪念，该团除了主办周年纪念“客属乡情传万家”敬老晚宴，同时理事们也登门拜访住在郊区（马当、新尧弯、阿沙再也等地区）的老乡贤及邀请出席晚宴，以聊表青年团对他们的敬意及关怀。
一项主题为“一竿在手似神仙，多少烦忧都忘了”钓鱼／虾比赛于2003在石角巴刹旧渡头举行，当天早上近五十名钓鱼爱好者参加，场面相当热闹。
该团也与该会妇女组于24至28/11/2003联合主办（浓浓乡情唤亲情）跨省访问团。此跨省访问成功拜访了美里、石山、民都鲁、诗巫、英吉利里及斯里阿曼等客属会。访问团每到一地，均受到当地乡亲们热忱的招待，并互相交换推展团务心得与意见，同时也增进本州乡亲之间的情谊。
该团成立至今已经廿多年，除了每年清明节，到该会五哩及十四哩客属义山维持交通工作，以方便同乡们扫墓及每两年举办敬老晚宴，发扬孝亲敬老尊贤美德外，该团也展开了诸多活动以及策划了一系列的活动计划，凝集乡属青年的力量，势将客属公会的会务活动推向另一高峰，以达致团结与造福乡属同胞，为建设国家作出贡献。
14.2 Foochow
古晉福州公會青年團
Foochow Association Kuching, Youth Section
古晋福建公会青年团的成立，源自八十年代初期，高瞻远瞩的母会理事基於促进公会年青化，协助母会推展会务，培养未来接班人；负起承先启后的任务而议决发动筹组青年团。在积极征求各有关乡贤及年轻乡亲们的意见，先后获得他们的支持，并产生筹委会负责一切事宜，且著手起草团章等。
筹组青年团的重担，主要落在才气俊发的首任团长——前任砂州立法会议拿督宋瑞源的身上；经他的登高一呼，立刻获得一批年轻有为的乡亲们的热烈响应，於一九八一年三月五日召开第一届第一次理事会议，并於三月廿九日在翠华楼举行简单隆重的就职典礼，定名为《古晋福建公会青年团》的组织正式诞生。
人无血脉而不活，社团没有经济而不存；本团的首项活动就是为筹募活动经费而於八一年四月廿八日举办电影义演，结果深得各界的支持，共筹得二万多元马币。
随着活动基金问题解决后，为尊老敬贤而於八一年的农历中秋节举办云南善堂住院老人中秋节联欢晚宴，同时再接再励发动团员到善堂做清洁活动，以改善老人们的居住环境，并捐赠一批床具给住院老人。
一九八一年九月六日，本团全力以赴协助母会庆祝创会一百一十一周年纪念庆典，并举办多项活动以配合该庆典的举行，充份发挥老中青三结合的精神。
一九八二年九月间，本团举办一项大规模本省各属青年团田径运动会，结果本团也获得团体总冠军。接着於同年十一月杪，在大马福青团的邀请，派出女子乒乓队前往怡保参加第三届大国福联青乒乓赛；这也是本青年团第一次和大马福联青的正式交流。
一九八二年十二月卅日，本团召开第一届团员大会，周启明顺理成章自政务繁忙的拿督宋瑞源接过团长职而成为第二任团长。随即於一九八三年一月廿九日发起召集本省各属青年团联系会议，讨论建议中组织青年统一机构以方便向政府申请拨款事宜。同时成立小组讨论倡组本团团员合作社事宜，可惜受各种客观因素的影响而无实现，但这在当时是一项创意的新观念。
同年通过成立小组与母会对话，讨论设立本会子女大专学院贷学金，以栽培广大贫寒同乡子弟顺利完成大专学业，并获得母会的接纳而实行。
吸收新血，壮大本团组织是我们在八十年代中期的当务之急。一九八三年杪理事会发动招收会员与团员活动比赛，优胜者将获得奖品。经过数月的积极进行。获得预期的目标。
接管神庙，集资办教育，这是本团的另一项具有重大意义的活动。经过数月的筹划并成立神庙管理委员会，在一九九四年五月一日正式接管本会属下风山寺及青山岩二座神庙的香油及捐款收入渐增。
一九八五年七月间正式开工修茸风山寺，工程在一九八六年一月间完成。在该年三月间恭请已故副首长丹斯里拿督阿玛沈庆鸿主持重修工程完峻典礼。
自从一九八五年的农历春节开始至今，每逢农历正月初四至十五日，为应付新春广大信众进香季节及筹资建庙，本团发动团员前往青山岩协助神庙工作。
茁壮成长
一九八七年三月十五日，在本团第四届团员大会上，经过大家的一致赞同由傅大福接任第三任团长。为了能拥有一个良好活动中心，在得到母会的允准下，本团即刻发动团员进行清理及粉刷一小福建楼工作，并於一九八七年五月间正式启用。
一九八七年五月三日成立第一个古晋华团组办之上风舞研习班，并征得有关资深导师卢映月女士的义务教导。同年五月十日，本团再接再厉成功引进并成立古晋首个太极气功十八式研习班，由香港蔡奇师父负责教导。之后上述二项活动已成为本团的定期活动至今，学员促年增加。
在一九八七年七月廿六日，大马福联青文娱团受本团的邀请下，成功前来古晋演出二晚，得到佳评，加强了二地间的文化交流。
迈入一九八八年，本团举办古晋象棋比赛，及组队参加晋汉省华青团举办之端午节龙舟赛等文娱康乐活动。
一九八八年八月七日本团提前召开团员大会，蔡民锋众望所归接任第四任团长。随后积极展开对外联系；在该年十二月廿五日组团访问砂拉越拉让江一带同乡会，过后也组团访问西马与新加坡一带同乡会，加强了解当地各乡团的会务发展与同乡生活概况，促进乡谊。同时为响应官方之号召，在这其间也参加多项公民大集会。
从一九八八年底至一九九○年这二年件本团举办了属下各活动小组中秋之夜，主办了华语旧曲暨福建歌曲比赛。在得到古晋红新月会急救小组的协助下，主办反吸毒展览会暨捐血运动。第一次发动团员於清明节往古晋八里福建义山协助维持交通秩序，此后此工作成为本团的常年活动至今。
一九九一年初本团成立戏剧小组，以栽培青少年对中华舞台剧的演艺表演人才。同年九月间为配合母会庆祝成立一百廿周年纪念而於该月十三日至十五日一连三天，分三个阶段在古晋海港局礼堂举行第六届大马福联青嘉年华会；同时於九月十日在古晋希尔顿酒店召开大马福联青第七届第二届常年大会，远道而来的全国各地代表踊跃出席，并通过了多项团务方针，共策民生问题，会议在隆重的气氛下结束。
革新求变
九十年代陈日枝及郑佑上分别担任第五及第六任团长的四年期间里，时局的演变，无不使到本团相应地调整步伐，以配合新时代的需要，其基本路向即是：组织年青化，现代化，民主化，自己退居理事职，继续为团服务，充份表现了组织民主化，绝对脱离了“老板式”及“家长式”之框框，发挥应才而用的精神。
一九九七年，正值我国经济风暴突发，本团对任何活动之举行都尽量节省，但绝不以节省做借口，而不从事任何活动，比如读书会，训练营及讲座会还是继续推行。
一九九七年四月十六日，本团为壮大组织发起广招新团员活动及制作新制服，以配合晋汉省华青团统一制服运动。
一九九七年六月十日至十五日，大马福联青在巴生福建会馆举行各属团“团长与秘书联系会议”。本团也派代表参加。会议主讲多项课题：“促进书香社会”，“会议规范”“社团的品质管理体系”及“多媒体超级走廊”等。
当时，我国华青团的主流在於提倡知识的重要性，深受其影响，本团后来也成立了读书会，第一本导读的书本为“阿Q正传”。过后本团也参加了在巴生福建会馆举办的“福联青读书火苗工作营”。
一九九七年八月三十日，由晋汉省华青团主催，本团及华青属协办“悬挂国州旗爱国运动”获得砂州社会发展部长拿督阿迪南沙登主持推展礼，盛况空前。
本著对知识的重视，本团接著在九七年乃至九八年邀请专人举办了多项讲座会，比如“从现代企业角度看诸葛孔明的策略”、”三国演义厉害人物讲座会”、“风水讲座会”等等。
自一九九八年四月份开始至八月份，本团组织队伍，参加晋汉省华青团体育嘉年华会的各项体育比赛，并在田径赛跑项及拔河比赛等项目中获奖，充分体现出本团智育并重的活动方针。
14.3 Sing Ann
古晉興安會館青年團
The Hing Ann Association Kuching, Youth Section
成立经过
古晋兴安会馆成立於1946年1月1日，至今已有58年的历史。是古晋历史悠久的社团之一。自创会开始至1977年之前，在这漫长的30多年间，公会并无青年团或妇女组的组织，一切会务活动均由本会理事会负责推动，难免会有顾此失彼的情况出现。
为着弥补以上的不足，会内一批年轻会员就萌起了筹组青年团的念头。在得到当时担任会长的天猛公拿督陈明聪乡长（现已故）的大力支持与鼓励，加上母会理事以及正副青年股张金良与张如麟等的精心策划，盛邀多位兴属学有专长以及事业有成的青年加入筹委会，进行研究草拟青年团细则的工作。终于产生了以张金良为团长的第一届青年团理事会，并於1977年6月30日晚，假本市翠华楼餐厅隆重举行就职典礼，兴青团正式宣告成立，这也是继潮青，琼青之后第三个成立青年团的乡会。
青年团成立之后，首项工作就是展开广招团员的工作，在团长张金良率领兴青团理事，不辞劳苦地日夜奔波下，只短短的数周就招收了百多名团员，为以后的团务发展，奠下了良好的基础。
青年团是母会在推动会务发展时的得力助手，在母会创会宗旨的大前提下，以联络同乡青年之感情，辅导青年从事有益於社会之活动，联络各社团之青年组织，促进社会良好风气与道德为宗旨。二十多年来，本团不论是在照顾同乡福利或举办各类活动等方面，都是以此宗旨为依归，从不乖离这一大前提。
本团历任团长是张金良（1977-1978），蔡天金（1979-1984），刘金荣（1985-1988），何国平（1989-1990），刘文候（1991-1992），方文瑞（1993-1994），郑文发（1995-1998），黄张金发（1999-2000），现任团长为王金华（2001-）。
活动方面
自青年团成立至今的二十多年历程中，曾主办或与妇女组及其他友团联合主办了许多活动，总括来说，可分为下列几项：
（1） 照顾同乡福利方面—联 合母会，创立蓝十字小 组，义务协助同乡处理 丧事，在民达华河边建 造洋灰长椅及植树，供 当地居民在工馀时间充 作休闲的场所；为同乡 进行免费验血；举办中 秋节联欢；清明节到义 山拜祭及维持交通等。
（2） 协助母会举办大型的庆 典活动，如庆祝创会三 十六周年及五十周年纪 念晚会；新春联欢暨敬 老晚宴；兴安会馆大厦 及兴安天后宫大厦落成 典礼；马来西亚兴安会 馆总会全国代表大会； 第二届世界兴安同乡恳 亲大会等。
（3） 体育活动方面—本着强 身健体的目的，本团曾 主办过两届越野赛，郑 天祥金杯乒乓赛，参加 晋汉省华青团主办的体 育嘉年华会及技能赛， 两届拿督陈仁华杯全国 兴安同乡男女乒乓团体 锦标赛，并两夺男女冠 军杯归。更令本团及母 会感到欣慰的是，兴青 篮球队先后七次勇夺拿 督林金树杯全国兴安同 乡篮球锦标赛冠军，也 曾於1990年（第4届） 及2003年（第10届） 负责主办此项篮球赛。 本团也荣获由晋汉省华 青团所主办的2003年汽 车寻宝赛冠军荣衔。
（4） 文教组方面—本团文教 组先后主办的活动有： 同乡子女硬笔书法比 赛，中国象棋赛，中学 生常识比赛，中小学生 数学比赛，图画及儿童 填色比赛，每年协助马 来西亚兴青总团主办全 国同乡现场绘画比赛 等。
（5） 慈善与教育方面—本团 曾多次参与为中中校董 会筹募办学经费而举办 的义卖会，也参与救世 军儿童之家及残障儿童 之家等慈善机构为筹募 经费所主办的义卖会， 为共同创造爱心社会贡 献一点棉力。
（6） 联办方面—为着让年轻 一辈了解与体验渔民在 海上生活的情形，本团 曾先后三次与妇女组联 合主办＜南海之旅＞海 上拖网捕鱼活动；与妇 女组为庆祝双亲节而联 办＜温馨之夜＞，同乡 华语卡拉OK歌唱赛，新 春团拜会等，与此同 时，本团也配合晋汉省 华青团举办过多次的捐 血活动。
总结
二十多年来，本团所举办或联办的各种活动，都能得到母会的大力支持与鼓励，妇女组理事的全力配合，所以才能取得预期的成效。在推展团务时，均在民主协商的精神下取得共识，这是一种难能可贵的精神，我们希望这种精神在将后的日子里，不断的发扬光大。
目前，本会拥有自己的会议厅及大礼堂，为本团提供了更方便的活动空间。为将后举办更多有益身心健康成长的活动，创造了有利的条件，为母会的会务发展及同乡的福利，做出更多的贡献。

砂拉越古城公會青年團

砂拉越古城公会青年团
公会名称的由来
砂拉越古城公会之组织虽是姓氏公会，可是却与其他姓氏公会不同。古城公会应该比较贴切地归纳为“亲义会”，特别标榜四大亲义，“忠”、“义”、“仁”、“勇”，并由刘、关、张、赵四姓所组成。
远在一千七百多年前的三国时代，东汉末叶，黄巾冠乱，奸臣蜂起，各自拥兵割据，争权夺势，藐视朝廷，目无法纪。当时刘备（玄德）、关羽（云长）、张飞（翼德）皆有拯救万民的职志，因志同道合而结义金兰，同生共死，史称“桃园结义”，其后战争紧急，兄弟分散，关羽因职责路过古城（位于河南省），探悉三弟张飞驻军于此，兄弟会面却误会重重，张飞因为关羽引曹兵来袭，所幸关羽助其退曹军，前嫌冰释，继闻刘备所居近处，兄弟重逢，同时代的赵云（子龙），因久仰刘备为英明之君，坚意追随左右，刘备等以手足相待，后代称为“古城聚会”，刘、关、张、赵结盟，桃园结义，古城聚会，四人情同手足，义薄云天的事实，千古传为美谈，这四姓组成的组织就称为古城公会。
公会成立史
殖民时期，砂拉越四姓刘关张赵兄弟众多，却没有组织，又念前贤谊同手足，一千七百多年的团结精神，至今犹存，所以，先知先觉的张恩旭世长毅然出来领导，于1959年8月2日在古晋亚答街门牌23号成立砂拉越古城公会，并于1961加入马来西亚龙岗亲义总会（龙岗亲义会包括18姓氏：刘关张赵陶唐杜范候韦士金钱尧舜鱼豕），现今的会所座落在黄庆昌路门牌271号。
创会宗旨
联络感情，集中群力，守望相助，发展团体生活，推进联宗福利，进一步兴办义务教育，扶助贫苦子弟，作育人才，发扬文化，造福人群。

青年团活动概况
青年团于1993年成立，由首届团长刘细畅世长发起，当时基子公会会务日益繁忙，急需人手，青年团的成立马上弥补了这个缺口，在各项常年活动中扮演了辅翼的角色，青年团在过后举办了多项活动，培养四姓领导人才，如“龙的回响”、“古城之夜”等等。去今年8月29日主办深具意义的“古城说古”中学生讲述三国演义情节片段的比赛，就吸引了40位学生参与。9月11日的成立十周年晚宴，更获得了全国各州古城会的响应而派代表参与。在爱心社会方面，青年团则配合晋汉省华青团，协办了多次的捐血运动。青年团也于2003年11月30日协助残障儿童家长协会的义卖会，寻获Mummy Care赞助价值1,450令吉货品，由古晋南市市长移交，并在2003年12月14日该协会的义卖会锦上添花，再筹获700令吉，去年再次与Mummy Care联手，在拿督杨昆贤一对一的支持下，于2004年10月3日回馈爱心社会义卖会上，为古晋中华小学校董会筹得10,000令吉。另一方面，青年团参与古晋各青年社团的活动，也获得非常高的评价，更频频在一些需要团队精神的竞赛项目中独占鳌头，充分发挥了古城公会刘关张赵先贤桃园结义，古城聚会，情同手足的亲义合作精神。青年团也非常积极参与大马龙冈总会青年团的活动，不怕劳苦，并毅然子去年9月12日担起主办全国团委会议的重担，这也凸显出青年团的能力与团委之间的工作默契。今后青年团将侧重广收团员，并将组队下乡访问，积极邀请乡区的四姓宗亲入会，使市区以外的宗谊们也能参与公会或青年团的活动。
14.5 砂拉越蔡氏公會青年團

本会以联络宗亲，促进情感发扬孝道，尊崇先祖。实行互助，并推动社会福利，教育以及慈善等公益事业为宗旨。
(一)公会概况
砂劳越蔡氏公会为晋汉省华人大社团之一。现在拥有会员一千五百多名。也是马来西亚济阳宗亲总会属下十一宗亲中最多，设施最完整宗亲会。本团除了拥有一座三层独立大厦外，还拥有地产，墓园，大宗祠等设施。
(二)
公元一九七五年一月十八日，已故汉英宗亲邀宴十八宗亲于古晋乐天酒楼，倡组济阳公司，即席决定认股买朋尼森路八哩似作义山地皮5。53英亩，值七万七千四百二十元正。为我蔡氏成立公会之胚胎。同年二月二十六日下午七时，假福建公会召集各源宗亲共商组织宗会，一致决定筹组砂劳越蔡氏公会，成立筹备委员会，众举明田宗亲为主席，汉雄宗长惠借古晋永平大厦260号为临时会所。同年九月十七日获准注册，成立正式公会济阳公司股东慷慨将产业及存款全捐献，拨归蔡氏公会，继由已故之宗长惠古晋青草路160号后段为临时会所。一九七六年二月二十九日，假 德教会紫霞阁，举行首届会员大会，选出第一届执委会。一九七七年七月由振光宗亲洽引购买古晋艾贝尔路北段230号店屋为会所。价值二十八万五千元正。
(三)青年团与妇女组同年成立
大马济总经以前后成立青年与妇女组，为本会青年宗亲以及会员太太们各别有机会齐集，互相认识，协助各项活动，增进青年人与妇女们之活动范围。本会于一九九七年会员大会也通过组织青年团与妇女组，执委会推举民锋宗亲筹组青年团之负责人。上述二组终于于在一九九八年先后成立，可喜可贺，为公会写下新的一页。
(四)展望
本会乃为宗亲会之组织，先后已有一千七百多名宗亲加入本会成为会员，难的可贵，经历届为精心策划，宗亲热心支持，使本会在产业经济上已有良好基础，只要宗亲们继续支持与合作，会务必可更进一步发展。然吾人不应该视该成就而期满，百尺杆头，更进一步，尚望全体宗亲们部分彼此，团结在会务旗帜下。共同努力，携手合作继续为公会发扬光大，为国家，为社会，为同宗作出更大贡献。

砂劳越曾丘(邱)公会青年团的，成立源自于 上世纪八十年代初期，当时母会理事基于促进公会年轻化，协助母会推展会务培养未来接班人，同时为配合宗亲会组织及时代锐变之需要，于一九八四年八月二十五日第九界第七次理事会上决定成立青年团，之后多次临时会议及讨论后，于一九八四年十月二十日成立以邱昌恒为主席，邱保文为秘书的筹委会小组，其他成员包括副主席：邱静淑，副秘书：丘小风，财政：曾圣福，副财政：曾庆豪；委员曾瑞明，丘爱爱，丘丽华，曾明春及曾祥耀，正式启动成立青年团。经过积极筹备，青年团逐于一九八五年四月二十七日正式成立。

石角中华公会青年团成立于2002年，为石角区最具代表性的青年组织，也作为母会一大补翼。
青年团成员来自于石角区，团员人数虽然不多，但一直以来积极配合母会推行各项会务，包括响应晋汉省华青团号召参与的各项意义活动。
期间，晋汉省华青团主催的捐血运动，在获得各方努力下，活动也获得地区上人士，远至外坡者参与。
此外，本团2009年参与华总主办的火炬行。
本团每年也策划不少活动，以带动青年人参与，如挥春比赛，探访儿童之家，保龄球比赛以及布施活动等等。

吴青团负责领航吴青通过举办各项活动，发挥吴氏乡亲凝聚力，配合公会方针与发展，规划未来，为同乡、社会、国家作出贡献。

本会宗旨如下：
a) 促进本会会员情谊与亲善。
b) 促进与维护会员福利与利益。
c) 与政府部门，团体和负责人建立惠及会员的联系。
d) 鼓励会员之间交流意见，密切合作与谅解。

g) 在理事会指定的限制下，借贷本会适用的款项。

17 PICTURES for BOOK
17.1 A critical mistake. Starts to compile pictures only after 2 years. Picture compilation should start immediately on the beginning of a new season
LESSON LEARNED : Start to collect event pictures on the beginning of the season
17.2 Idea, use the presentation slides during the meetings. Extract pictures from there.
18 NEWSPAPER CUTTING FOR BOOK
18.1
18.1 Same critical mistake. Now I have obtained 1 box full of newspaper from han ming and need to sort out. After sort out then only i would start to scan. Probably i would give to someone else to do this.
LESSON LEARN : Newspaper cutting should be continuous. Scan done, upload to facebook page and facebook group and save a copy in the hard disk.
LESSON LEARNED : probably no need to sort so early. But important to keep all.
September 2011 : I realised newspaper cutting can be done at year end after all. In fact it could be easier. I passed the whole box to Lay Phin, she filter out.
Then She passed the box to Tuan Zhang to see. Tuan Zhang no time to see.
I just accept the whole box.
On october-16 : I started scanning, problem is with problem merging picture as i donno how to use photoshop and my PC suspected unable to run powerful software such as photoshop. Anyway, I just scan first and see how.
LESSON LEARN : this is important, when select newspaper, find those can fit into the scanner size :P
LESSON LEARN : Shape has to be square if better, if funny shape then difficult
November : i went to See Hua they said scan must use 300 DPI. Also if too big picture, can let them do the scanning as they have bigger scanner.
LESSON LEARN : A3 size, See Hua press can provide scanning.
19 MEETING TUAN ZHANG
So basically I met tuanzhang and had a 2 hour discussion at Premier 101. Summarize:

BOOK PARTITION
Basically my book is divided into the following parts : -

LESSON LEARN : 团长 and 署理 must SIT IN THE MIDDLE!!! Important people must sit in the front.
After that, immediatley need to provide names of the people inside the picture.

A) Write 献辞
LESSON LEARN : Use the 会员大会献辞， combine them into one. Grab the 献辞 immediately during 会员大会。
B) Ask former president to write 献辞。
C）Go through the words for typo mistakes or anything miss out.
D) add more pictures
MEETING WITH SEE HUA
1. Complain too many pic will caused too small
2. Highlighted that must specify colour or b/w pages
LESSON LEARN : Colour pages are expensive. Must bring 团长 to discuss with them. Decide which page want to put colour. But also randomly choose.
3. After handing over the softcopy, they come out with hardcopy after doing design. They take time because due to year-end is superbusy with School magazines.
LESSON LEARN : During year end is peak season, expect things to be slow.
4. After we get the hardcopy, need to go through. Realize got many writting mistakes. We have to go through detail. At least 2 person go through. But must said "many people go through"
LESSON LEARN : Read in details, to spot mistakes. Write them on a piece of paper and pass to See Hua
LESSON LEARN : if still got mistake once the book is publish, not fair to say 团长看过了。Share the blame, say me, and see hua also.
5. According to previous experience. Everytime they inform of changes, eventually there is a possibility that they publish the hardcopy in the original wrong version. So we have to be careful.
LESSON LEARN : Even after inform changes, need to follow up changes.
6. They are not very sure of our arrangement of the book, which page put what.
LESSON LEARN : Stapler a small booklet, and write the pages.
Take back the boom from See Hua (February)
1. Take back the draft copy. Immediately see any mistakes. We spotted certain spelling mistakes
2. check 目录 page number.
3. Check advertisement, is it colour / Blackwhite? Is it Full page, Half page, quarter as paid?
4. Check the each 属团，the English name match with Chinese name? Check list if all the 属团 are written, don't miss out?
5. Check caption for all pictures.
6. Read words especially in 献辞。
7. Sensitive people check their awards.
